Jennifer Lopez celebrates turning 53 by posing entirely naked

While celebrating her birthday over the weekend, Jennifer Lopez announced the debut of a skincare product called "targeted booty balm" by posing in a nude outfit.

The 53-year-old singer, who debuted her skincare line JLo Beauty last year, has now opted to focus on body treatments, launching JLo Body this month.

She told her fans that the Firm + Flaunt Targeted Booty Balm, which is already available, would be the line's first product as she celebrated her birthday yesterday, July 24.

The 125ml cream, which costs $65 (£54), is advertised as having a smoother, more refined-looking booty and "visibly firming and hydrating [the] skin and fading the appearance of stretch marks."

She participated in a photo shoot to advertise the new product, and one of the pictures shows her sitting nude while another shows off her own posterior.

She also stated, "We devote all this care and attention to the skin on our face but we sometimes overlook the body," when launching the new product on Instagram over the weekend.

In addition, she said, "We started with the booty to build a skincare program for the body to satisfy its special and unique demands."

Before the product's debut, Lopez, popularly known as JLo, discussed it with People, telling the publication that customers needed such individualized care for their bodies.

Working with scientists, we have established that it actually improves the look of the skin, she added, adding that it was created in partnership with them.

Additionally, even though the cream has been marketed as a "booty balm," it may also be used on other body parts where the buyer wants to see "visible firming."

In the course of the conversation, Lopez also discussed her views on aging, admitting that her personal motto is "beautiful has no expiry date."

Although she disagrees with it, she said that her motto stems from the fact that she works in a field "where youth is revered and people attempt to write, especially women, off at a certain period."
